Carlye Wannenmacher, vice president, director of marketing at Guaranty Bank, announced that Will Cologna has been promoted to vice president, product solutions. In this role Cologna is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and implementation for all new product, service and system initiatives for Guaranty Bank. Cologna has over 17 years of banking experience having held various positions in both banking center operations and deposit operations. He holds a BA degree in history and an MBA.
Also announced, Ryan Bowling has joined the marketing team at Guaranty Bank as its new online marketing specialist. Bowling comes to Guaranty Bank after nine years in the newspaper industry. In 2005, he was hired as a reporter for the Christian County Headliner News in Ozark and in 2009 he became the editor of the Nixa Xpress in Nixa, where he spent the last six years. In 2010, Bowling was named the Outstanding Young Journalist of the Year and is the recipient of nearly 30 Missouri Press Association awards.

Valuation expert Andrew Robinson, CPA, with the firm Robinson and Co., LLP, has successfully completed the certification process with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts to earn the Certified Valuation Analyst credential. The CVA credential is granted only to qualified individuals with considerable professional experience in the field of business valuation.
Bank of Missouri
The Bank of Missouri has announced the addition of Richard “Chuck” Leuck as executive vice president. He will work closely with CEO David Crader and President John M. Thompson, from the Operations Center in Perryville. Leuck has 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He joins them from Enterprise Bank & Trust, where he has been since 1996, and served as regional president, chief operations officer and president of business and consumer banking during his tenure. Leuck’s diverse banking background uniquely enables him to assist The Bank of Missouri on many levels. Leuck is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and earned a Master of Science from the University of Illinois-Champaign.
Doug Neff, chairman and CEO, Commerce Bank, Springfield region, recently announced Dana Ausburn has been promoted to commercial relationship manager. In her position, Ausburn is responsible for business development and relationship management related to Commerce’s full line of banking, borrowing and treasury management solutions for commercial clients. Ausburn has six years of banking experience and began her career as a financial analyst. A graduate of the University of Missouri, she earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in finance, banking and real estate.
She is active in the community as a member of the Junior League and volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House.
